Party Barging

Why not make the most of summer and partake in a little party barging - the best way to celebrate that's oh so large and in charging! What better way to spend the day - than floating in the lake with the gals and drinking the day away! There will probably be a high stakes game of bridge and of course some juicy gossip - I'm not sure which one is better, now that ones a toss-up! It's good to remember the necessities before getting on board - such as drinks, noshes, music and cards so to be certain no one gets board! A fabulous fisheye for taking pictures of your friends - a magnificent way to document the fun through this curious lens! Earrings, lipstick and a coin purse for when you dock - you wouldn't dare want to look washed up when embarking on the boardwalk! Waltzing right in with a mighty roar is none other than Mrs. Leo - and a fierce one is she - you ought to know! If you're in the market for something tasty and totally tiptop - run don't walk, to the Swanson Sip Shoppe - Chop-Chop!! This is a very special place indeed - exploding with delights that I quite fancied - and according to this Mrs. it's a Napa 'must-see!' While I did receive the extra special private tour - it certainly is Napa's winery du jour - while staying punchy and slightly haute couture! There's nothing not to love about this grown up candy store - from the decadent treats to the generous pour - why it just drips with Mrs. galore! After you've knocked back a few - make sure to load up on a box of bon bons or two - and on your way out blow a kiss to Alexis and tell her Mrs. Lilien sent you!

Mrs. Flamingo {cocktail}

There was plenty of fun to be had up North - such as mingling with a few of my long time cohorts - between fits of laughter, there were some fierce cocktail recipe exchanges back and forth. This one in particular was one that I quite fancied - a long time family recipe that was shared by a very special Mrs. indeed! While their family calls it by a different name - the mixology is just the same - it's pure brilliance in liquid form, and worthy of world wide fame! Complicated it is not - the ingredients are simple and not to be forgot - perfect for enjoying either in the back yard or on the bow of a yacht! It's 1 part Malibu, 2 parts Pink Lemonade - so perfectly delicious that it deserves my gold leather spade! So here you have it, the Mrs. Flamingo Cocktail - one too many may in fact leave you with wild legends to regale!

Happy Monday, I'm back from the Mrs. shoot - it was merely magnificent and wildly thrilling to boot! I'm still smiling as I recount the amazing memories - being that our days were filled with once in a lifetime opportunities - this shoot will certainly go down in Mrs. Lilien histories! To commemorate the shoot, I've slipped into my pink striped dress - the one that brought us so much amusement, good luck and astounding success!!!

It's such a perfect place for this decadent Mrs. shoot - and let's not forget about the endless wine tasting to boot! So many grapes, so little time - my few days here have been incredibly indulgent and superbly divine!

I've worked my Mrs. self to the bone - and hustled to get some magnificent products on loan. What I've got up my sleeve is quite the extravaganza - that's been planned and prepared like an eloquent stanza. During the week there will be updates and pictures to boot - from the set of this wild and precocious Mrs. shoot. Once it's complete I'll bestow my Mrs. magnum opus - which will astound and inspire through it's splendid synopsis!
