Patio Cushionry

I recently acquired a vintage patio set similar to that above - to which there are no appropriate words to express how much I love! The eight piece [yes, eight piece] set is rather excessive - boasting 4 chairs and 1 large fan-back throne that has me all hot and obsessive - a love-seat, a chaise, and a large removable-tray table that's totally impressive. That said, I've got to update the patio cushionry - I need to bring it up to speed and make it all Mrs.-womanly! I've fallen head over heels with this Trina Turk collection - it speaks to my inner pool goddess and is aligned in my direction. I've sourced a few patterns that make my Mrs. heart go pitter patter - I'd love your opinion on which you think would be most fitting and patio-dapper. I could ponder the decision for months on end - but time is of the essence with summer right around the bend. I'd be so endlessly grateful if you'd lend me your advice - on which one of these patterns will complete my patio paradise!

Please Lend me your preference in the comment section - and I promise to let you know my final selection!

Kisses,

Mrs.

I can't choose between A + F, but those are my definite favorites.

I'm so jealous- would kill for those chairs! As for the fabric, love B, D, E and F most:)

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercadovey@gmail.com

I'm loving C and F!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMaggie

Love them all! But E has stolen my heart. What can I recover in that?

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterAlexandra Hedin

i think it would be totally appropriate to pick two or three of these, not just one!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commenterchelsea

D is my favorite, sunshiny yellow for the patio will certainly pop against the aquas of the pool or green grass :)

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterErin McGinn

Mix C & F!!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercarla

I'm loving this idea of mix-matching... I bet it'll be brilliantly eye-catching!!

Thank you for the fantastic suggest, why I think that option is truly the best!!

that's what i was thinking, too! especially because the chairs are white, you can definitely pull off a couple of different pops of color and pattern.

WHOA!!!! what a dream!
i adore adore adore trina turk's stuff for schumacher. i vote for D then C or combined. D has my heart though, it's so unique & the yellow is so very summer & patio.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterJamie

It's beautiful, I would mix and match for sure... very summery.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commenterjennifer

C & F are so very Mrs Lilien, and will look spactacular outside the Mrs Manse.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercarrie cook

A, E, F!

Definitely mix and match! Love C + F, but also D!
And SO jealous of your new patio set! Sounds divine! xox

I immediately am in love with C, but then after reading about all of the pieces that you have, I thought that it would be awesome to mix & match too! I would figure out which pattern you can't live without and get a set in all one color. Then get a few of the cushions in a different color (I'm loving F) that you can switch out every now and then for a change of scenery. Another idea could be to pipe the cushions in a different color...

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterJulie

I'm loving D or C, being the aqua and yellow loving girl I am.

E + H = yummy

C+F So jealous!!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commentermary priscilla

I loved D! Although I am a little partial to yellow

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterJaclyn

Alternate A + D.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterViv

Totally H and then pipe it in turquoise!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercgb

C is the most classic and fabulous. The light blue color and simple pattern will go with every guests outfit.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterDaniele

I love D! I think it would look great with navy or black welting.

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterAlexandra

A, C, or F... I can't decide!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMaggie

A, D and F!! But if I think of the "Mrs." in terms of her style, I'd say D looks like you! ;)

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterDrew Humphries

D for sure!

May 26, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterIsa

H, please! The color is beautiful and the print is fabulous. The small striations read almost like a solid, making it easy to pair with pillows and whatnot. Have fun!

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterRebecca D.

We love yellow. D.

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMabel and Zora

Oh, Mrs. Lilien, my dear sweet pal, ANYone who knows you, KNOWS you are yellow gal! Therefore, my choice for you MUST be D, however, I'M a straight-lined kinda girl, so secondly, I choose, F & C. :)

How does it make you feel that you have your friends RHYMING for you?!! And how long before the mentioned cushions are ready for sitting & sipping?

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered Commentermrs. odom

D or G!!

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercara

I'd use either C or E to make me feel like I'm lounging by the pool or the ocean.

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMelissaW

A & C <3

May 27, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterBirdy

I vote if there are 8, you do one in each, or pick a few and mix and match. thats more fun if you ask me. c, d, g, and h are my favorites!

May 28, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterEm

I'm loving B + C, but I also love C + F! Have fun choosing!

May 29, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterWitty and in Love

A - for a fresh look

But a BIG -D - for a retro "Raleigh Hotel" feel. I really see you at the Raleigh! That's my vote

May 30, 2011 | Unregistered Commenterjean johnson

I love A. I am obsessed with orange. I also love G and H. A and H could be used together... same color/different pattern. But I think I would do G because it's almost a neutral... you could put lots of options with it.
I am actually in the process of doing the same exact thing! You can see my patio on today's post... I can't wait to find the perfect fabric to cover up my faded cushions!!

A & D are my faves!

June 2, 2011 | Unregistered Commentercarrie

Definitely think C ang G are the most sophisticated and the one's that you won't tire of!

June 6, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterJill

Oh, I am late to this post, but not to Trina Turk -- she's one of my faves for both dress & decor. As for the prints, you must go with the mix. Either complete randomness or an exploration of patterns in about three different colors, I think. Divine. You will post pics when you're done, yes?

June 6, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterStyle Maniac

All so pretty....but love D the best. Very vintage Palm Springs/Palm Beach vibe, with the white rattan. Pretty pop against blue skies, green trees, aqua pool...and sundresses!

B piped in that lovely aqua in a solid!!
